You will work closely with the Head Chef, lead a busy kitchen during peak services and help drive a high-quality food offering across the venue.
We're looking for leaders who stay calm under pressure, demonstrate robust culinary skills, and actively coach junior chefs while ensuring food safety and cost controls.
