The Opportunity

We're seeking a dynamic Customer Success Specialist/Concierge to become the face of our growing company.
This isn't a customer service role - you'll be a trusted advisor to medical and dental professionals, helping them transform their practices with our innovative solutions.
What You'll Do




Build lasting relationshipswith medical and dental professionals across Australia and internationally
Become a product experton our cutting-edge dental technology solutions
Drive customer successthrough proactive support, training, and troubleshooting
Collaborate cross-functionallywith our product, sales, and technical teams
Process orders and logisticsincluding international shipments with precision
Create a welcoming environment for visitors
Contribute to our growthby identifying opportunities to enhance customer experience
What Makes You Perfect for This Role
Essential:
2-3+ years in high touch, concierge-style B2C customer-facing roles
Experience with CRM systems and customer service software
Exceptional communication skills (verbal, written, and interpersonal)
Strong problem-solving abilities and grace under pressure
Enthusiasm for technology and innovation
Located in Sydney with reliable transport to Chatswood
