Immediate opportunities for experienced Boilermakers, Fitters & Riggers to join a shutdown maintenance project at Evolution Mining's Lake Cowal Gold Mine, near West Wyalong, NSW.
We are partnering with our client to source skilled and reliable tradespeople for an upcoming shutdown campaign.
Project Details
Site:Evolution - Lake Cowal Gold Mine, West Wyalong NSW
Shutdown Dates:9 September - 16 September
Roster:Day & night shifts
Shift Length:12-hour shifts
Pay Rate:$60 per hour flat rate
Extra benefits:Meal allowance + travel allowance where applicable
Accommodation:Provided
Site Transport:Transport to and from site provided
Scope of Work
The shutdown will involve a range of maintenance and mechanical works, including:
Repairs to cyanide destruction tanks
Replacement of tank rotors
Valve replacement
Transfer chute replacement
Pipework repairs and replacement




General shutdown maintenance activities
About You
To be considered for this shutdown, applicants must:
Be available for100% of the shutdown duration
Hold relevant and currenttrade qualifications/certifications
Havefull Australian working rights
Hold acurrent Australian Driver Licence
Be able to successfully pass aPolice Check / Criminal History Check
Have relevant shutdown, mining or heavy industry experience
Be reliable, safety-focused and able to work effectively as part of a team
