About the Role
We're looking for aself-motivated, customer-focused Pool & Spa Service Technicianto join our growing team, working independently out in the field from our Cheltenham base.
You'll be provided with full training and support, soexperience is preferred but not essential.
Key Responsibilities
Regular pool and spa cleaning and servicing
On-site water testing and chemical balancing
Installation, maintenance and basic repairs of pool and spa equipment




Troubleshooting and diagnosis of equipment and water quality issues
Identifying and pursuing additional product/service sales opportunities
Providing friendly, qualified service to residential and commercial customers
About You – Must Haves
Strongcustomer serviceskills and a friendly manner
Goodproblem-solvingandtime managementskills
Able towork independentlyon site and take pride in your work and presentation
Physically capable of manual outdoor work in all weather
Current driver's licence
Fullwork rights in Australia
Nice to have (preferred, not essential):
Experience in thepool and spa industryor similar field service role
