About the Role:
Based inArcherfield (QLD),thisfull-timerole is perfect for a mechanic, auto-electrician, or technician who enjoys working on a variety of equipment.
You will receive full training and support on any machines or systems you are not yet familiar with.
Key Responsibilities:




Performroutine field service repairs, emergency breakdowns, and preventative maintenance
Diagnose and repairbrake, electrical, hydraulic, and ignition systems
Read and interprettechnical manualsto conduct necessary maintenance
Usespecialist tools and diagnostic equipmentto detect and resolve faults
Replace defective parts and identify necessary replacements for major repairs
Conductsafety inspectionsbefore releasing equipment
Maintain aclean, protected, and organizedwork environment
Accurately completeelectronic service logs and reports
Stay up to date withnew technologies and techniques
What We're Looking For:
Minimum 2 yearsof experience in a similar role
Strongmechanical aptitudeand willingness to learn
Ability towork independentlyand solve problems
Valid driver's licenseand ability to pass adrug & alcohol test
Experience inforklifts, material handling equipment, or similar machineryis an advantage
Preferred Qualifications:
Light Vehicle, Heavy Vehicle, Mobile Plant, or Auto Electrical certification
