About the Role
We are seeking an experiencedIT Organisational Change Managerto support a large, multi-year transformation portfolio focused on cyber security and emerging technology initiatives.
This role will sit within a dedicated IT Change function and play a critical part in driving the successful adoption of major Cyber Security and AI initiatives across a complex organisation.
Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end change management for large-scale IT initiatives
Design and implement comprehensive change strategies and adoption plans
Partner with senior leaders to embed sustainable behavioural and cultural change
Develop and execute enterprise-wide communication strategies
Deliver targeted stakeholder engagement to support readiness and buy-in
Coordinate change activities across complex cyber security and AI programs
Location & Availability
Adelaide (Hybrid)
ASAP Start – Contract until December
About You
5+ years' experience leading large-scale IT organisational change within complex environments
Demonstrated experience supporting cyber security or digital transformation programs




Strong ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
Proven experience driving enterprise-wide technology adoption
Skilled in developing impactful communications and engagement strategies
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
