About the Role
We have an exciting prospect to joinNellie Melba Retirement Village, Wheelers Hillas aPersonal Care Worker.We are currently looking for bothpart‐time and casualcarers to work across different units (low care, high care, special care unit) betweenMonday and Friday, ********* / ********* / *********************.
We strive to be exemplars of quality in the aged‐care industry and champions of the continuum of care model, delivering care tailored to residents' health needs, preferences and rights.
In this role you will:
Develop lasting relationships with our residents and their families
Follow our residents' individual care plans, providing care that would be good enough for mum and dad
Use the latest technology – including our own purpose‐built care app myRyman
Work closely with, and support your colleagues creating a excellent team environment
About You
To thrive in our supportive and caring setting you will have:
Certificate III in Individual Support or Certificate IV in Ageing Support
At least 1 year of PCA experience in an aged care setting
Kindness in your DNA
Strong empathy
A reliable, friendly and professional style
