About the role
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable
Support Worker
to join our team in Echuca, VIC. This is a
casual position
that offers flexibility whilst allowing you to make a genuine difference in the lives of our participants. As a Support Worker, you will provide essential support to individuals living with a disability, helping them maintain their independence, dignity and quality of life. This role is fundamental to delivering high-quality care and support that enables our participants to engage fully in their communities.
What you'll be doing
Providing emotional support and companionship, fostering meaningful relationships with clients.
Maintaining accurate records of support provided and any changes in client needs or wellbeing.
Communicating effectively with team members, clients and their families.




Following health and safety protocols, safeguarding procedures and organisational policies.
What we're looking for
A genuine passion for supporting individuals with disabilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusting relationships.
Physical capability to assist with personal care and mobility support.
Reliability, punctuality and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Willingness to undertake training and comply with relevant legislation and policies.
A valid Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
A Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check.
Desirable: Qualifications such as a Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent
Desirable: First Aid and CPR certification
