Searchability® is seeking a Level 2 Desk Engineer in Gladstone to take ownership of complex regional support, focusing on Microsoft 365, Azure, endpoint and networking issues for mid-market clients. This is a hybrid role with some onsite work and remote resolution.
You'll be the main Level 2 resource, handling tougher tickets, documenting clearly, and collaborating with the wider support and project teams. Prior MSP Level 2 experience and robust Microsoft expertise are essential.
