Territory Manager

ECOVACS

Working within the technology
retail space
, you will be responsible for creating
relevancy, education, awareness and advocacy
of the ECOVACS brand amongst store staff.
You will drive client market share and category performance through ownership of in-store promotional programs and increasing store sales results through opportunity-based selling.

Melbourne and Regional Areas on a monthly basis.
Tasks and Responsibilities
Ensure targets are delivered (sales, space, appointments etc.)
Be a brand ambassador – educate, inspire and create advocates for ECOVACS with some weekend work required during peak periods
Maximise the promotional campaigns and in‐store executions
Develop merchandise displays and have an eye for creating beautiful and consistent displays
Fulfil reports ensuring information is up to date and accurate
Use superior product knowledge to develop awareness and take up training and education of key store personnel
Occasionally assist with event demonstrations and training and be able to provide a full white‐glove VIP experience with product set‐up for media personalities/influencers
About You
At least one year of experience within field marketing/territory management required
Previous experience in a consumer electronics retail environment is advantageous
Demonstrated ability to deliver against KPIs
Attention to detail and takes full accountability of personal results
Self‐motivated, confident, energetic, enthusiastic and passionate about technology
Excellent time management, organisational and communication skills
Hold a valid driver's licence and have access to a reliable car
