You'll take full ownership of the
finance function
while coordinating HR across the business — backed by an
amazing GM and MD who are supportive, grounded, and absolutely not micromanagers

Your Finance Leadership:
End‐to‐end accounts management (AP, AR, reconciliations)
Month‐end reporting, cashflow oversight and budgeting support
BAS, compliance, audit preparation and financial controls
Payroll processing, superannuation and award interpretation
Systems management, process improvement and financial accuracy
Your HR Coordination:




Onboarding and employee lifecycle administration
HR records, contracts, compliance and policy upkeep
Training coordination, staff communication and culture support
