An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced
Die Setter with Injection Moulding experience
to join a well-established manufacturing company based in Condell Park. This is a permanent, full-time position offering excellent working conditions, job security, and the opportunity to become part of a supportive production team.
About the Role
You will play a key role in ensuring the efficient setup and operation of injection moulding machinery, maintaining production quality, and minimising downtime. Working closely with production and maintenance teams, you will help deliver high-quality products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Perform mould changes and machine setups efficiently and safely.
Set and adjust injection moulding machines to achieve optimal production performance.
Troubleshoot process and machine issues to minimise downtime.
Monitor product quality and make process adjustments where required.
Conduct start-up and shutdown procedures.
Work closely with production staff to ensure schedules are met.




Complete routine equipment checks and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Follow all WHS policies and company procedures.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience as a Die Setter or Machine Setter within an injection moulding environment.
Robust knowledge of injection moulding processes and tooling.
Excellent mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A strong commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.
Good communication skills and a positive, reliable attitude.
