Key responsibilities
Manage a caseload of employer sponsored visa matters on behalf of corporate clients, from initial instructions through to visa outcome
Provide clear and timely advice to employer clients and visa applicants on sponsorship obligations, visa conditions, and eligibility requirements
Liaise with the Department of Home Affairs and respond to requests for further information or departmental correspondence
Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records, notes, and deadlines




Collaborate with senior agents and support staff to deliver seamless outcomes for clients
Keeping up to date with changes in immigration laws and policies
About you
Current registration as a Registered Migration Agent with OMARA
Minimum 3-4 years experience practising as an RMA
Strong understanding of Australian immigration laws, regulations and procedures
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing deadlines
