Reporting Specialist
to design, develop, and optimize business reporting solutions that enable data-driven decision‐making across the organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in
Power BI
,
business analysis
, and
data modelling
, with the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders to translate business requirements into meaningful insights and reporting frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document reporting requirements.
Develop and maintain scalable data models and reporting architectures to support enterprise reporting needs.
Translate complex business data into actionable insights and recommendations.
Partner with senior leaders and cross‐functional teams to drive reporting strategy and continuous improvement initiatives.




Ensure data accuracy, integrity, governance, and adherence to reporting standards and best practices.
Must-have Skills & Experience
Solid hands‐on experience developing advanced reporting solutions in Power BI.
Coding proficiency in Python
Strong experience with Databricks
Proven business analysis capability, including requirements gathering and stakeholder consultation.
Expertise in data modelling, data architecture, and reporting framework design.
Demonstrated experience engaging and influencing senior stakeholders and executive leadership.
Strong analytical, problem‐solving, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high‐quality reporting outcomes in a fast‐paced environment.
