Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes for both all-day dining, à la carte services and functions
Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation meet the highest standards set by the restaurant.
Maintain a clean, organised work area, following all health, hygiene, and safety regulations.
Collaborate with senior chefs and the kitchen team to ensure efficient kitchen operations, especially during peak service times.
Execute additional requests or tasks assigned by the Executive Chef and Sous Chefs as needed.
Requirements:
Full working rights in Australia




Minimum 2 years' experience as a Demi Chef or Chef De Partie in a similar high-end hospitality environment
Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or above.
Strong communication skills in English.
Flexibility to work a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends, evenings when necessary
Ability to thrive in a agile environment with a strong commitment to delivering excellent guest experiences.
Previous experience within a luxury environment is most desirable
Uniforms are supplied and laundered.
