The
Site Project Administrator
provides comprehensive administrative and workforce coordination support for the Snowy 2.0 Project at Lobs Hole. The role is responsible for supporting site operations through workforce administration, mobilisation and roster coordination, travel and accommodation management, document control, procurement administration, and general project support. The position plays a key role in ensuring efficient site operations and a positive employee experience for both employees and contractors working on the project
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative and coordination support to the People & Culture Project Manager, site leadership team, and project personnel.
Coordinate workforce mobilisation activities, including onboarding, site access, inductions, drug and alcohol testing, travel, accommodation, and camp bookings.
Maintain workforce rosters, personnel records, employment documentation, timesheets, leave administration, and workforce reporting.
Coordinate site purchasing activities, including purchase orders, invoice processing, goods receipts, and cost tracking.
Maintain project records, registers, and documentation within SAP, Aconex, Insite LMS, and other project systems.
Prepare reports, forecasts, workforce statistics, meeting minutes, and project communications.
Act as the primary point of contact for site-based personnel regarding administrative and People & Culture matters.
Ensure compliance with project procedures, document control requirements, company policies, and confidentiality obligations.
Provide general project administration support to ensure the productive operation of the Lobs Hole site.
Qualifications and Experience
Certificate in Business Administration, Office Administration,



or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
Previous experience in a project, site, or construction administration role.
Experience supporting workforce coordination, mobilisation, procurement, and document management activities.
Experience in construction, infrastructure, mining, or industrial projects is preferred.
Experience working in remote or rostered site environments is highly desirable.
Skills and Competencies
Strong organisational and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative and customer-focused approach.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Experience with SAP, Aconex, and workforce management systems is desirable.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Site Conditions
Based at Lobs Hole, Snowy 2.0 Project
14 days on / 7 days off roster.
Camp accommodation and meals provided while on site.
Operates within a live construction environment and must comply with all site safety and access requirements.
About the Project
Snowy 2.0 is the next generation of the iconic Snowy Mountains Hydroelectric Scheme and is one of Australia's largest renewable energy projects. Once complete, the project will provide 2,000 MW of dispatchable renewable energy generation and approximately 350,000 MWh of large-scale energy storage to the National Electricity Market.
Voith Hydro has been awarded key works as part of the Snowy 2.0 Project and is seeking an experienced Project Site Administrator to support site operations at the Lobs Hole construction site.
