M.J. Bale is looking for confident, personable and service-driven Casual Retail Sales Assistants to join our Chadstone team ahead of our busiest and most exciting trading period.
Located within one of Australia's premier shopping destinations, our Chadstone store offers the prospect to develop your skills in a fast-paced, premium retail environment. We're recruiting now so our newest team members have the training, product knowledge and confidence to thrive during peak trade.

THE OPPORTUNITY
As a Casual Retail Sales Assistant, you'll play an important role in delivering the premium M.J. Bale experience at Chadstone.
You'll help customers find the right pieces for work, weekends, weddings and everything in between while contributing to the success of the store during peak trade.
Your responsibilities will include:
Creating genuine connections and delivering memorable customer experiences




Providing confident styling and product advice
Contributing to individual and store sales targets
Supporting the team during busy peak-trade periods
Maintaining premium visual merchandising and store presentation standards
Assisting with stock replenishment, transactions and daily store operations
Working collaboratively to create an energetic and welcoming store environment
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
You'll be someone who brings energy, reliability and a genuine passion for helping people.
Ideally, you will have:
Previous experience in fashion, premium retail, hospitality or customer service
A natural ability to start conversations and build rapport
Confidence working towards sales targets and KPIs
Strong presentation and attention to detail
A positive, team-focused attitude
The ability to thrive in a high-volume retail environment
Flexible availability across weekdays, late-night trade, weekends and public holidays during peak periods
