We're partnering with one of Australia's leading independent strategic insights consultancies to find a
Consultant or Senior Consultant
for their Melbourne team.
Working across brand, innovation, customer experience and communications, you'll deliver end-to-end quantitative research projects, helping leading organisations solve complex business challenges through evidence-based insights and strategic thinking.
The Role
Lead end-to-end quantitative research projects from questionnaire design and fieldwork through to analysis, reporting and presentations.
Turn complex data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations.
Build robust client relationships and present findings to stakeholders.
Collaborate with specialists across strategy, qualitative research and marketing science.
Contribute to proposals and new business as your experience grows.
Your Background
You'll bring:
2-5 years' experience in a market research agency or insights consultancy.
Strong quantitative research and project management experience.




Excellent analytical, storytelling and presentation skills.
Commercial curiosity and a genuine passion for understanding consumer behaviour.
Experience with Q, SPSS or similar analytical tools is advantageous.
