Key Position Tasks:
The Events Coordinator provides administrative and coordination support to a wide range of MBV events, networking events, awards programs and much more. Key responsibilities include:
Coordinate the planning and delivery of Master Builders events and industry awards programs from concept through to post-event evaluation
Foster robust relationships with members, sponsors, suppliers, venues, and internal stakeholders to ensure exceptional event outcomes
Manage event administration, registrations, communications,



and logistical requirements to support efficient and professional event delivery
Provide onsite event support and contribute to post-event reporting, analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives
Key Skills Attributes and Experience:
High level of general administration skills, including competency with Microsoft Office
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Attention to detail and ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
Qualifications in Events, Marketing or Business Administration would be well regarded but not essential
Current drivers license is essential
