About the role
This role exists to support indirect sourcing across Australia and New Zealand. You will run sourcing activities, support category strategies, and manage suppliers to achieve optimal commercial outcomes. Your contributions will be key to the organisation's procurement effectiveness.
Key responsibilities
Manage end-to-end sourcing projects, including RFPs and supplier evaluations
Conduct commercial negotiations and contract renegotiations
Identify and document savings opportunities while balancing cost, value, and risk
Collaborate with stakeholders ranging from administrators to VPs across various functions
Perform spend analysis and supplier performance reviews to enhance procurement processes.
Skills & experience
Proven experience in indirect procurement and strategic sourcing
Solid capability in running RFP/RFQ/tender processes and actual supplier negotiations
Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders and influence cross-functional teams
Experience in spend analysis and commercial analysis
Proficiency in Excel and data management, with ideally some exposure to Coupa.
