Ngarnal Health is seeking an organised and capable Corporate Services Officer to provide administrative and business support across a range of corporate functions.
Reporting to the Corporate Services Manager, the Corporate Services Officer supports the efficient day-to-day operation of the organisation across finance, human resources, quality, procurement, facilities and general corporate administration.
This is a varied role suited to an experienced administrator who enjoys working across multiple business areas, maintaining accurate records and supporting effective organisational systems and processes.

Key responsibilities
In this role, you will:
Provide day-to-day administrative and office support.
Prepare correspondence and maintain accurate organisational records.
Coordinate meetings and general meeting administration.
Assist with purchasing,
invoices and financial administration.
Process payroll and superannuation accurately and within required timeframes.
Maintain procurement and financial records.
Support recruitment, onboarding and personnel administration.
Maintain employee records and related documentation.
Maintain controlled documents and support document control processes.
Assist with ISO audits and corrective actions.
Support fleet, facilities and asset administration.
Assist with maintenance requests and procurement activities.
Maintain accurate, confidential and current records.
Contribute to protected, professional and culturally respectful workplace practices.
About you
You will be a reliable and detail-focused administrator with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
You will ideally have:
Certificate IV in Business or equivalent relevant experience.
Experience processing payroll and superannuation or demonstrated experience in payroll-related administration.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately with confidential financial and employee information.
Previous administrative experience.
Strong Microsoft Office skills.
The ability to maintain confidentiality and appropriately manage sensitive information.
Requirements
Applicants must hold a current driver's licence, a First Aid Certificate, or be able to obtain one; and a valid Positive Notice Blue Card or be able to obtain one.
Some work outside standard hours may be required from time to time, and the position may be required to support other organisational business or service functions as needed.
