We're looking for aForklift driver/Warehouse assistantto take ownership of one of the most important areas of our business.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoysorganisation, responsibility, and leading by example, and who is comfortable with hands‐on produce preparation.

Predominantlyearly morning shifts (from 5am)
Weekday and weekend work required
About the Role
You will be responsible for theday‐to‐day management of cool rooms and fresh produce stock, while also beinghands‐on with produce preparation and quality control.
Key Responsibilities
Taking ownership ofcool room organisation and standards
Managingstock rotation (FIFO)to minimise waste and maximise freshness
Receiving, checking, and organising incoming produce
Coordinating stock flow fromcool room to shop floor
Assisting with forklift and pallet movement of produce
Supporting produce display standards and availability




Cutting and preparing vegetables using a large knife
Packaging prepared vegetablesready for retail sale
Maintaining food safety, cleanliness, and quality control
Working closely with supervisors and senior team members
What We're Looking For
Experience infresh produce, food retail, or stock management(highly regarded)
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Confidence working independently and taking responsibility
Comfortable withearly starts (5am)and physical work
Confident and safe using alarge knifefor produce preparation
Forklift licenceis a must
Calm, reliable, and team-focused attitude
