YOUR NEW ROLE
As a valued lawyer, reporting to/being mentored by an industry-leading managing partner & senior CTP team leader, you will relish the stimulation+ fulfilment fighting to obtain justice for injured clients in relation to their CTP/motor accident claims.
Only if you desire some diversity (and have relevant experience), also scope to practice in some workers compensation and work injury damages.
You will be at thefront-line actively managingyour own files/clients.

WHO YOU ARE
We are interested in hearing from you if you:
are an admitted lawyer in NSW + have minimum 2+ years or more (senior lawyers welcome) plaintiff personal injury law experience in CTP (essential);
have strong knowledge of relevant NSW CTP legislation+procedures.
Have proven ability to take carriage of your own CTP files (including litigated) from start to finish;
have strong litigation/advocacy, negotiation and legal drafting skills;
are proactive+thrive in a busy fast-moving environment;
are hungry to progress your personal injury legal career with a leading firm LONG-TERM.
