This is an opportunity to act as a design partner, securing early-stage specifications and working closely with Tier 1 and Tier 2 clients through the project lifecycle.
Operating within the fast-paced Victoria market, you will be the trusted technical & design voice providing clarity, confidence, and inspiration to top-tier design professionals.
Key responsibilities
Cultivate and maintainhigh-level relationships across Tier 1 and Tier 2 architecture practices, interior design studios, and major project builders
Drive product specifications on large-scale commercial, institutional, and premium residential projects
Proactively track project pipeline from initial design and specification through to the tender and builder negotiation stages
Act as a technical expert, deliveringCPD presentations and technical support on complianceand material performance




Partner with internal project delivery teams to ensure a seamless client experience from concept to installation
Skills and experience
An established network of contacts within Tier 1 and Tier 2 Interior and Architecture design community
Demonstrated success in a technical specification or business development role within architectural products
A passion for architecture and the built environment, with the ability to act as a design partner through the specification process
Robust commercial acumen with a track record of exceeding revenue targets and managing complex project pipelines
Exceptional interpersonal skills, confidence to tell a brand story, present to large design teams, and build trust-based relationships
