You'll be the go-to person for customers after they've made a purchase, helping answer questions, coordinating solutions, and ensuring they receive outstanding support every step of the way. Working closely with different teams across the business, you'll play an important role in delivering a positive customer experience and maintaining the high standards Emerald Energy is known for.
This is a full-time office-based role, Monday to Friday, based in Sydney.
You'll be joining a young, energetic team that enjoys a laugh, supports one another, and genuinely enjoys coming to work. We're far more interested in attitude, personality, and willingness to learn than formal qualifications. Key Responsibilities
Be a key point of contact for customer enquiries, after-sales support, product information, and warranty assistance
Help customers find solutions and ensure their questions are resolved quickly and professionally
Work closely with internal teams to coordinate outcomes and deliver a great customer experience




Manage customer requests and warranty claims from start to finish, keeping customers informed throughout the process
Build a strong understanding of Emerald Energy's products and services to confidently assist customers
Maintain accurate records and update information using internal systems
Contribute ideas and improvements to help enhance the customer experience
About You
You're a people person who enjoys helping others and takes pride in providing excellent service. You're organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a positive attitude.

$75,000 - $80,000 base salary
