TCA Electrical in Current South Wales is seeking a Residential Site Manager to move up from a sparky role and lead day-to-day operations on our residential projects. You'll oversee crews, coordinate with the Project Manager, and ensure workmanship meets our high standards on every site.
As a hands-on leader you'll mentor apprentices, communicate clearly with clients, and take ownership of project delivery, while enjoying a collaborative, supportive team culture and back‐up from a proactive PM.
