What You'll Actually Do
Jump into plans, PPRs and specifications, mark them up with all the bells and whistles, and turn them into a real showstopper.
Translate technical jargon into plain English - accurately.
Take drawings and vague ideas from clients and turn them into detailed proposals.
Decode client requirements like a cryptographer and recommend gear that helps ensure our clients' security and safety.
Read and respond to specifications, and charm our suppliers into giving us their fairest pricing.
Handcraft quotes in the Alarmquip style - sharp wording, clear scope and a few glam photos.
Send proposals and follow up with clients to get the best outcomes.
Collaborate with clients, suppliers, technicians and the occasional frazzled project manager.




Be based at Team HQ in Baringa, with occasional on-site quoting visits.
Become a connoisseur of all things cheese, chocolate and, really, anything food-related.
You'll Fit Right In If You
Come from an electronic security background - or have enough technical know-how and enthusiasm to learn quickly.
Know the difference between VSS, access control and a coffee machine.
Can read technical drawings without getting flashbacks to high school geometry.
Have the finesse to create top-tier work - attention to detail is a big plus.
Use AI tools to turn the impossible into the almost impressive.
Are comfortable talking to clients, suppliers and the team, and aren't afraid to pick up the phone.
