About the Role
As our
IT Support Specialist
, you'll be the first point of contact for technology support across the business. You'll manage support requests, troubleshoot technical issues, coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities, and ensure our employees have the tools and support they need to succeed.
You'll work closely with internal stakeholders and external technology partners, helping maintain a seamless technology experience across our national workforce.




Key Responsibilities
Manage and prioritise the day-to-day IT support queue
Provide first-level support across hardware, software, connectivity and user access issues
Troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Windows, macOS and mobile device issues
Manage user accounts, permissions and licences across Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra ID
Coordinate technology onboarding and offboarding for employees
Prepare, issue and maintain laptops, mobile phones and technology assets
Escalate complex technical issues to external vendors and specialist providers
Maintain accurate records, documentation and support procedures
Assist with IT projects, system enhancements and technology rollouts
Support information security initiatives and technology compliance activities
What We're Looking For
You are someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and can confidently translate technical information into practical solutions for non-technical users.
You'll bring:
1-3 years' experience in an IT Support, Helpdesk or Service Desk role
Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments, including Exchange Online, Teams and SharePoint
Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, user account administration and licence management
Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows, macOS, mobile devices and connectivity issues
Experience providing support remotely via phone, email and remote desktop tools
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
A proactive approach with strong follow-through and problem-solving abilities
