Key Responsibilities
Engage with business stakeholders to understand business objectives, challenges and opportunities.
Facilitate workshops, interviews and discovery sessions to elicit business and technical requirements.
Analyse and document current state (
As-Is
) and future state (
To-Be
) business processes using process maps and journey maps.
Gather, document and manage functional and non-functional requirements.
Create, refine and prioritise product backlogs in collaboration with Product Owners and delivery teams.
Produce high-quality user stories, acceptance criteria and supporting documentation.




Work closely with developers, QA, UX/UI designers and Project Managers throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Support Agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, refinement and showcases.
Assist with solution validation, UAT planning and business sign-off.
Identify risks, dependencies and opportunities for process improvement.
Ensure delivered solutions align with business objectives and customer experience outcomes.
Required Skills & Experience
8+ years' experience as a Business Analyst, with significant exposure to digital delivery projects.
Strong experience documenting
As-Is
and
To-Be
business processes.
Proven experience working in Agile delivery environments.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across business and technical teams.
Experience creating, maintaining and grooming product backlogs.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to work collaboratively with delivery managers, project managers, developers, testers and business stakeholders.
Experience facilitating workshops and requirement gathering sessions.
Strong documentation skills including user stories, process flows and acceptance criteria.
Digital Experience




Experience working with one or more of the following digital technologies or platforms is highly desirable:
Angular or modern JavaScript web applications
Drupal or other CMS platforms
Tealium or Customer Data Platforms (CDPs)
Google Analytics (GA4)
SEO and web optimisation
Digital marketing technologies
Affiliate marketing platforms
Tag management and web analytics
Personalisation and customer experience platforms
Desirable Experience
Exposure to customer-facing web and digital platforms.
Experience working with digital marketing teams.
Understanding of customer acquisition, digital journeys and conversion optimisation.
Knowledge of API integrations and digital ecosystem architecture.
Experience working with Jira, Confluence and Agile delivery tools.
Preferred (Not Mandatory)
Experience within the Telecommunications industry.
Exposure to enterprise digital transformation programs.
Experience working across multiple delivery streams and vendors.
