YarraJunction Program
Located in the Yarra Valley, this campus serves as a hub for our junior and middle school students, offering tailored programs that progressively build upon each other, as students advance through the years. Activities are designed to challenge and engage students, and takes place in the natural environment, promoting adventure-based experiences that deliberately push students outside their perceived limits. Additionally, the campus serves as a working Dairy Farm, where studentsassistwith milking and farm operations.

Key responsibilities
Provide feedback on and oversee the delivery of the residential curriculum whilemaintainingdetailed daily notes on the wellbeing and learning of students.
Contribute to initiatives and problem solving by preparing materials, equipment, and resources and manage programlogistics, including transportation arrangements, site preparation, and activity set-up.
Develop andmaintaintrusting relationships with students, parents,teachersand other support staff andestablisha culture of care for all facilities used and/or owned by the school.
Facilitate outdoor activities,
ensuring a safe and positive learning experience and ensuring adherence to safety protocols, while promoting teamwork and inclusivity.
Be committed to providing a safe physical and emotional workplace where students are respected and treated with dignity inan appropriate professionaland caring manner.
Model and live the Caulfield Grammar School values and behaviours
Key Criteria:
Experience in Outdoor and Environmental Education
Certificate III in Outdoor Leadership (desirable)
Training and experience in the facilitation of various outdoor activities, such as hiking, camping, team-building exercises, and nature exploration is highly desirable.
Previousexperience working in an outdoor education or similar setting is highly desirable.
Level 2 First Aid (or Remote Area First Aid) and Anaphylaxis Management Certificate, Driver's License
Current Employment WWCC or VIT
