Lincon Builders in Richmond, VIC is seeking a Claims Assistant / Claims Coordinator to join their insurance building team. You will coordinate claims from setup to completion and act as a key contact for insured customers, insurers, loss adjusters, supervisors and trades.
You will manage claim files, communicate clearly, schedule inspections, and help move repairs forward while maintaining documentation and ensuring timely updates to all stakeholders.
