JB Hi-Fi Group is seeking a Returns Team Member for the Home Delivery Centre in NSW to manage the timely and accurate return of faulty, defective, and damaged bulky goods, minimising risk to customers and financial loss.
Reporting to the Returns Coordinator, you will escalate issues, work with stores and other HDC teams, assist with installer collections, and handle system transactions while maintaining records and customer focus.
