Role Description
The Workday Consultant is a full-time, in office role based in the Greater Sydney Area. This role is responsible for implementing and configuring Workday, particularly across Human Capital Management and HRIS modules, and may also support Workday Financial Management. Day-to-day activities include gathering and analyzing client requirements, designing and testing Workday solutions, preparing documentation, and supporting end-user training and adoption.
The Workday Consultant collaborates closely with clients and internal teams to ensure successful deployments and ongoing optimization of Workday within Bosley's AI-first workforce solutions. The role also involves troubleshooting system issues, contributing to continuous improvement, and aligning configurations with best practices in HR and workforce design.
Qualifications
Demonstrated skills in Human Capital Management and Human Resources (HR), with experience translating HR processes into effective system configurations.
Proficiency with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), including hands-on implementation or support of Workday HCM or related HR platforms.
Experience with Workday Financial Management or related financial modules, including configuration, testing, and issue resolution.
Strong Communication skills, including the ability to collaborate with stakeholders, explain technical concepts clearly, and facilitate workshops or training.
Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
Prior experience in consulting or in-house HR technology roles, ideally within enterprise or mid-market environments.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail, problem-solving capability, and comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving technology landscape.
Familiarity with AI-enabled HR platforms, workforce analytics, or talent intelligence solutions is an advantage.
