A National Commercial & Residential contractor in Melbourne is seeking a Senior Contract Administrator to work closely with the Senior Project Manager, Project Engineer and other support to collaborate with the developer on a 2 stage project, beginning in September.
You will manage contracts, progress claims, EOTs, RFIs, site instructions and maintain project records, while supporting negotiation of minor issues and ensuring smooth contract flow to achieve successful delivery.
