Job Description
Caroline Springs George Cross FC is one of Victoria's leading football clubs, providing development pathways from grassroots through to senior football. We are seeking an experienced and passionate Sports Development Officer – High Performance & Goalkeeper Development to join our Technical Department. About the Role Reporting to the Technical Director, you will play a key role in delivering the Club's high-performance football programs by:
Leading player and goalkeeper development across all age groups.
Developing and monitoring Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
Conducting performance analysis using video and data.
Supporting talent identification and long-term player development.
Assisting with the ongoing development of club-wide football programs.
About You You will have:
Experience in football player development within a high-performance environment.




Strong knowledge of coaching, performance analysis and long-term athlete development.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
The ability to work collaboratively with coaches, players and technical staff.
Required
-Relevant Diploma in Sport, Sports Coaching, Exercise Science, Sport Management or a related field plus one years' experience ; OR least three years of relevant experience as a Sports Development Officer.
AFC/Football Australia Coaching Licence.
Goalkeeping Coaching Licence.
Experience with performance analysis software.
