Design, develop, test, and deploy integration solutions using
TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW 5.x/6.x)
Configure and manage messaging services using
TIBCO EMS
Develop event-driven integrations using
Kafka
Build scalable and high-performance APIs and services (REST/SOAP)
Analyse business requirements and translate them into integration solutions
Troubleshoot integration, performance, and messaging issues
Ensure solutions adhere to security, compliance, and enterprise standards
Support deployment, release, and production activities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architecture, QA, and operations
Experience and Qualifications
Must Have
8+ years of experience in
TIBCO development
TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW)
Hands‐on experience with
Kafka
(event streaming,



producers/consumers)
Experience with
integration patterns, SOA, and microservices architecture
Robust knowledge of XML, XSD, WSDL, REST/SOAP services
Experience in troubleshooting and performance tuning
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
Nice to Have
Experience with
TIBCO Admin / Hawk / TEA
Exposure to
CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Experience working in
cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP)
Knowledge of scripting (Shell/Python)
Experience in
financial services or market infrastructure
