We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in aligning our human resources strategy with our business objectives, specifically within our fast-paced, blue-collar logistics environment. Supported by a large and experienced HR team, you will work closely with operational leaders to foster a culture of engagement, performance, and continuous improvement. Your key responsibilities will include:
Partner with operational leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals and enhance employee engagement.
Provide expert guidance on matters including employee relations, performance management, compliance, and promoting a fair and equitable workplace.
Utilise data including HR metrics to identify trends and recommend actionable solutions to improve organisational effectiveness.
Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management, fostering open communication and a positive work environment.

To be successful in this role, you will have:
Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role, preferably in a large scale, logistics or blue-collar environment.
Knowledge of employment laws and industrial relations, particularly within an EA framework.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organisation.
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
