Community Gateway is seeking an experienced Senior Manager - Program & Services Development to lead a portfolio of funded community programs across Northern Rivers. You will drive program performance, people leadership, compliance, quality assurance and partnerships to ensure sustainable, high-quality services.
You will oversee governance, identify opportunities for recent programs, and lead multi-disciplinary teams including counselors, case managers and clinicians.
