Victorian Aboriginal Child Care Agency Frankston is seeking a permanent, full-time practitioner in the AFPR program to keep Aboriginal children connected to family, culture and community through intensive, hands-on support.
You will work with families and services across the state to strengthen supports, lead care planning, and provide advocacy and guidance tailored to each family to achieve secure, stable homes.
