Vehicle Accessory Fitter - Custom Manufacturing

We are currently recruiting an experienced
Vehicle Accessory Fitter
to work on a range of our custom vehicle projects within Emergency Service, Defence, Medical and Government Industries.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Prepare and Assemble a wide range of purpose-built vehicles,
Assembly and fitting of vehicle accessories such as side steps, seating, flooring, handrails, cabinets, lockers
Highly skilled with experience in a similar role or work duties i.e vehicle fitting, vehicle body building, accessory fitting
Able to work against schedules and timelines
Assist in the repairs and maintenance of products
Your own hand tools are required for this role.
You will work well within a team and have a high attention to detail.
The successful candidate will need to be motivated, reliable and adaptable.
Experience and skills required
:
Vehicle build experience or similar industry
Welding and or Fabrication experience highly desired
Able to use manufacturing related tools and equipment
Working to meet deadlines while maintaining high quality workmanship.
This role requires you to be physically nimble to work on all areas of medium to large vehicles.




Keeping up with production deadlines whilst maintaining quality work.
Working well independently whilst being part of a team
