We are looking for:
Caring, compassionate, and empathetic support workers that demonstrate initiative and a commitment to delivering person-centred care and making a positive impact on the lives of others.
What you'll be doing
Providing personalised care and support to clients with a range of physical, intellectual and/or psychosocial disabilities
Assisting with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, household tasks and community access
Facilitating social and recreational activities to improve clients' quality of life
Advocating for clients' rights and promoting their independence and inclusion
Maintaining accurate client records and documentation
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated care
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work with various ages, cultures, and ability levels.
Ability to build rapport and trust with clients and their families.
Robust time management and prioritization skills.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Preferred:
minimum six months experience supporting people with disabilities.

Employee Working with Children's Check
A current National Police Check.
A valid Australian driver's license with a reliable and comprehensively insured car.
A current First Aid and CPR certificate.
Certificate III in Individual Support, Mental Health, Aged Care, Community Services, Disability Work, or similar.
