We are looking for a motivated and organised person to take up the administrative duties for our Supply Chain Department based in Horsley Park for an entry level position.
The role is varied and includes:
Checking overseas freight invoices
Scanning and filing documents
Checking and coding interstate freight invoices
Following up orders
Tracking Shipments / updating vessel and delivery dates
Checking Supplier Documents
What you need to be successful:
We are looking for someone with a high level of initiative, and a positive attitude.
Great attention to detail is a must for this role.




Need to work well in a team environment
Great communication skills, as most communication is via email.
A valuable understanding of Microsoft Office applications – especially Excel
Administration, data processing or customer service background, would be ideal but not essential as full training will be provided.
We are seeking someone to start immediately and are offering a stable and rewarding work environment at our Horsley Park branch. System and product training will be provided.
