About the Role
As the Assistant Club Manager for Snap Fitness Spring Hill, you'll take the lead as the welcoming face of our well‐established club, proudly serving the community for over 10 years. Recently renovated, our club now features expanded spaces, brand-new equipment, upgraded bathrooms, and the added luxury of an Infrared Sauna. Your role will focus on supporting the club manager to deliver exceptional results, fostering community, and creating an outstanding member experience. From day one, you'll ensure every member feels valued, supported, and inspired. This role is ideal for a driven and personable individual with a passion for both sales and member engagement.
Role Details
Position: Assistant Manager
Hours: ***** hours per week
Additional Opportunities: Optional opportunity to conduct personal training sessions outside rostered hours – ideal for the right candidate looking to grow their client base.
Skills & Experience




Certificate IV in Fitness (required)
Current First Aid & CPR Certificate (required)
Positive Blue Card Notice (or willingness to obtain prior to starting)
Team player with a can‐do attitude
Previous experience in a similar role within the fitness industry is highly regarded
