MAAS Group in Recent South Wales is seeking an estimator to prepare estimates and tender submissions for residential construction projects, reporting to the Operations Manager and working closely with suppliers, subcontractors, clients and internal stakeholders.
You will analyse plans, identify risks and opportunities, deliver accurate pricing, maintain estimating databases and pricing schedules, and monitor market trends to support project profitability.
