As a Barista you will deliver an exceptional specialty coffee experience. You will need proven passion and experience and the ability to deliver the ultimate customer experience. Responsible for ensuring the quality and service of coffee is to the highest standard. Most of all we are looking for someone who's passionate about creating outstanding customer experiences. Handle all guest enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner.

About you
A passion for specialty coffee and hospitality.
2+ years' experience working with specialty coffee.
A customer-focused approach to specialty coffee.
Passion for showcasing the very best of coffee experience.
A strong work ethic with a customer focused and positive attitude.
The desire to engage with customers about coffee, menu and brand.
Ability to remain calm under pressure.
Knowledge of coffee and café equipment.
Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.
