About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our Sales team across sales administration, customer agreements and tender coordination.
Working closely with Sales, Product, Finance, Operations and external stakeholders, you will play a key role in coordinating sales processes from order entry through to invoicing, while ensuring tender submissions and customer requirements are managed accurately and efficiently.
This is an onsite role based in a collaborative environment where your ability to build relationships, manage priorities and deliver accurate commercial outcomes will be valued.
Key Responsibilities:
Liaise with Sales and Product team for Tender response preparation
Submit Tender responses within strict deadlines
Prepare regular reports to internal teams and external organizations




Process supplier Purchase Orders into Dynamics 365
Create invoices in Dynamics 365
Request Purchase Orders from customers
Provide coordination support to Sales team
About You
Experience in tender response coordination and sales administration
Strong resilience and the ability to adapt to changing priorities
Ability to quickly learn current systems, processes and ways of working
Excellent organisational and coordination skills with a focus on meeting deadlines.
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work proactively
Intermediate to advance Microsoft Office skills
Experience with ERP/CRM systems (Dynamics 365 desirable)
Experience within manufacturing, automotive, transport, waste management, or capital equipment industries (Desirable)
Exposure to contract management, rental administration, or tender support (Desirable)
