Pilgrim Future Group is seeking a Finance & Commercial Manager to lead the financial and commercial functions across Pilgrim Luxury Homes, Chapter Homes and Avenir Homes in Brisbane. You will partner with the CEO and GM to shape strategy, guide capital allocation and drive profitability across luxury, project housing and development arm.
You'll oversee budgeting, forecasting and monthly reporting, build robust financial models, and provide commercial insights to support growth and governance.
