Clinical Partner: Maternity Services and Women's Health, The Royal Women's Hospital
Salary: Level E negotiable salary package p.a. plus employer superannuation contributions (17% University of Melbourne appointment; 12% the Women's appointment)
Pivotal clinician‐academic leadership role across the Women's and the University of Melbourne / advance world‐leading research, clinical excellence and education in women's health / collaborate across Melbourne's leading Parkville Biomedical Precinct
What you will deliver:
Provide strategic leadership across research, clinical care and education.
Build internationally recognised research capability and multidisciplinary collaborations.
Drive research translation to improve outcomes for women, babies and families.
Mentor and develop the next generation of clinician‐scientists and academic leaders.
Strengthen partnerships across the University, the Royal Women's Hospital and the broader research community.
You may be a great fit if you:
Hold a medical qualification registrable with the Medical Board of Australia and Fellowship of the Royal Australian and Current Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (or equivalent).
Demonstrate an internationally recognised record of excellence in women's health, obstetrics and gynaecology research.
Have an outstanding track record of research leadership, competitive grant success and developing high‐impact research programs.
Are an experienced clinician with a commitment to excellence in specialist obstetric and gynaecological care.




Have successfully led multidisciplinary teams and built productive collaborations across academic, clinical and research environments.
Are passionate about developing future clinician‐scientists, mentoring emerging researchers and advancing excellence in education and research translation.
