WHS Manager (Food Manufacturing)

We're seeking a dedicated and hands-on
WHS Manager with some HR knowledge
to play a key role in supporting our team across both human resources and workplace health & safety functions. This is a dynamic, people-focused role where you'll be the go-to for staff and leaders, ensuring smooth HR processes and a safe, compliant working environment.
Key responsibilities:
Act as the first point of contact for all HR and WHS-related queries
Provide advice and support on HR policies, procedures, and contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives and projects.
Conduct workplace safety inspections, ensure the team have been fully inducted and fully compliant
Maintain accurate HR and safety records
Support injury management, RTW coordination




About you:
A confident communicator with solid HR and safety knowledge
Proven experience in employee relations and WHS practices
Able to work across departments and build strong working relationships
Manufacturing experience preferred (food)
Committed to continuous improvement and compliance
