About the role:
The Change Analyst will support the change management activities for the SAP SuccessFactors and Payroll implementations, ensuring stakeholders are engaged and employees are well-prepared through effective communication and training.

Required skills and competencies
Proven experience in change management, HR transformation or business process change within large-scale programs.
Strong knowledge of change methodologies such as Prosci ADKAR or Kotter.
Experience supporting HR/Payroll system implementations, preferably SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM or SAP S/4HANA.
Strong capability in stakeholder engagement, communications, training coordination, business readiness and resistance management.
Proven ability to work with cross-functional and virtual teams, coordinating multiple workstreams, priorities, dependencies and deadlines.
Solid EQ, problem-solving and decision-making skills, particularly in complex stakeholder environments and critical go-live periods.
Adaptable, highly organised and committed to continuous improvement.




SAP Activate/fit-to-standard experience, large-scale S/4HANA programs (especially government), SAP Payroll/Fieldglass exposure, and Change Management certification.
